ICT Training
Delivery
of IT training is regarded as a basis, which promotes the raise of professional
skills of people involved in IT projects in the country, what in it's
turn contributes to the development of IT sector of Azerbaijan in general.
The scope of use of IT-solutions broadens almost every day. This and also
constant appearance of new technologies puts new challenges for IT-training
providers. New scopes of application of IT means new target groups for
IT-training, which in its turn means new and more specialized curriculum
development. AzNET Project participates and supports several initiatives
aimed to strengthen IT-skills for people of different professions. The
responsibility of the training team is to timely and adequately respond
to the changes in IT industry and support all initiatives, which may have
training component considered.
During
almost 6 years of operation, since April 1998, Internet Training Center
of OSI-AF Azerbaijan (currently UNDP\AzNET Project's ICT Training Center)
